ROLLING LIKE THUNDER by Vicki Lewis Thompson

He gave her his most winning smile and his deepest drawl. “Thank you, ma’am.” She stared at him for a full three seconds. Then she swallowed and looked away.

Finn O’Roarke is work, work, work. He just can’t delegate. If he does, his business is going to fail. He is on a one-way track to a lonely empty life. His marriage collapsed because he didn’t give his wife the attention she deserved. Now the only family he has left is about to lose their ranch. He and his brothers have given all they can give and are looking for funds to save Thunder Mountain Academy. Finn turns to the only woman who might be able to help.

In steps marketing genius, Chelsea Trask, the woman who has had a thing for Finn for several years. As she and Finn work closely to generate funding, they also begin to feel some scorching heat in their relationship. Chelsea is seeing a side of Finn she is really liking, that cowboy side. Can Finn learn to balance his priorities and find a true relationship with Chelsea or will his work come between them when push comes to shove?

If you are looking for a heroine that is not only sexy, but smart and a little snarky and a hero that is smart, sexy and sometimes to serious, then this is the book for you. Ms. Thompson has all the ingredients for a fun, loving, steamy romance. I highly recommend this book and the others in the Thunder Mountain Brotherhood Series.

Was presented a copy from NetGalley and publisher for an honest review.
