This author is new to me, but I want MORE!!! Absolutely fabulous writing and development of characters. I personally could really relate to Jasmine, the author just brought the characters to life for me.
Jasmine is a rookie agent for Scotland Yard working in theirΒ  paranormal branch. She has been on the job only about 2-months when she is kidnapped along with her coworker. Her unique ability is to sense paranormals and be able to tell what variety of paranormal they are. Once they are led to their captors Jasmine has an instant attraction to one of her captors and it comes as a shock to her because he is not human.
Eric the captor that Jasmine has an instant connection with is a vampire, not just any vampire he was born a vampire. That means he has special powers that humans that are bitten don’t have. But Eric is deep undercover and has no time for a the complications of a hook up.
Jasmine and Eric are forced to work with Jasmine’s real kidnapper, a French arms dealer who was really targeting Jasmine’s co-worker Twitch because he is a Techno Mage. The French arms dealer, Marcel, chases them all over Paris finally ending up planting a bomb on top of the Eiffel Tower. Will Jasmine and Eric be able to get to the bomb in time to save all supernaturals?
I can’t wait for the continuation of this story. This author has such a compelling way of telling a story.

** I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review **
