Ashley’s 4-🛍🛍🛍🛍 Review
Book: Must Love Lions
Author: Alma Black
Series: Shifter Date
Genre: Paranormal Romance
Release Date: November 28, 2016
Stars: 4

A good debut book. I’m intrigued by the concept of her series. I look forward to reading the rest of the series.

Max Forster is a Lion shifter and has the shifter community in an uproar about his dating App, Shifter. Max just feels that love is love no matter what the species are. Humans dated and married humans and shifters married and dated shifters up to this point, but Max’s App was deviating from that. If your perfect match was a shifter then it would pair you with a shifter no matter if you were human or not.

Alexis Parrish is a journalist who ends up interviewing Max on his dating app. She has her mind set even before she does the interview that humans and shifters don’t belong together. But she doesn’t expect Max to change her mind and he corners her into a date.

He begins to challenge her beliefs on shifter/ human relationships, but before he can completely change her mind she receives a threatening letter. He is furious and goes all alpha male and wants to protect her. He’s felt a connection to Alexis since she first stepped into his office and just wants to get to the bottom of this.

Can Max win her over while still protecting her? Will she see past the divide that keeps the two species apart? Will Max be able to protect her from his Pride? You just have to read to find out.

** I was given an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review **
