This is a new author to me and I absolutely love her writing. She takes serious topics, such as domestic violence, and discusses them sensitively.

Cutter is the manager at Ambrosia, the MC’s strip club, and he’s looking for an assistant to help him get all of the club’s paperwork straightened out. Jasmine applies for the assistant job when her husband loses his job and forces her to work. Little did she know it was an assistant job at a strip club. Cutter just can’t get his mind off his little assistant, she’s beautiful to him in her own way but a lot skittish.

Cutter knows somethings up when Jasmine’s husband comes in to the club and starts threatening all the workers and Jasmine. He rescues Jasmine from her husband after he has beaten her. There are a lot of problems for them to overcome- Jasmine is so programmed to follow instructions she can’t function without directions from Cutter. But Cutter is so patient with Jasmine. Can Jasmine overcome her abuse and learn to love again?

Ms. Noelle is a fabulous author and I can’t wait for what she puts out next. I wish I could rate this book higher than 5 stars.
