For me, this is one of the best stories of 2017 so far! This is a beautifully written friends to lovers second chance story. The main characters are best friends growing up. Cole leaves for college and they don’t see each other for the next six years until tragedy brings them back together. Between the story and the characters, I was lost myself in the pages of this book. I read straight through and didn’t come up for air until I was finished. I absolutely love Melissa Toppen! This book is now my favorite of hers ( I love it even more than Taming Lo)! I think this is a definite must read for everyone who loves love!
