I love this book! I think I say it about every book in this series. Each one gets better and better. I love Jenna and Grant. They are amazing people. These are two people I would love to have around and as friends in real life. Their story is beautiful and emotional. (have some tissues handy) This author creates such a real world and characters. I’m excited to see the stories she comes up with in the future. I 100% recommend this book and this whole series for everyone!

I love this book, these characters and this world! I don’t think I even have the right words to express my feelings. I was so excited to have an advanced copy of this book. It definitely didn’t let me down! The first couple of chapters were catching up on Cass’s new life as a princess and a refresher for what happened in book one. By chapter three I was thrown in the action and drama of an ambush and Cass’s capture and captivity by bad guys. This story flowed beautifully and was extremely well written. I could picture the characters and scenes as if I was there. I could feel the emotions of the characters in every word written. LJ Stock is an amazing author with an absolute gift for painting a scene and drawing my feelings to the surface. I adore Cass and Damon, and Mortisali so so much! I do hope there is a book three so I can walk in Mortisali again!

Genre: Contemporary romance

FINALLY!!!!!
Finally I have my story of Sage Mayson! Sage and Kim have had my attention since Until Jax where I first saw small bits of their very rocky relationship. I love that the very first thing I read was all the yummy details of how they met. The story is well written and the characters are lovable. This story was funny, sweet, and a bit emotional at times. I love the characters! I absolutely adore Sage! Sage and Kim had me laughing out loud, tearing up a bit and at times extremely frustrated. I love all of Mrs. Rose’s books, but I think I may now have a new favorite. Sage: my new forever book boyfriend!

Ashley’s 5-🛍🛍🛍🛍🛍 Review

Book: The Ghost in the Mirror

Author: Faith Gibson

Release Date: September 29, 2016

Genre: M/M, Paranormal, Horror

Series: Samuel Dexter #1

Stars: 5

This combines the 2 genres that I love most, paranormal and M/M. Ms. Gibson does this phenomenally!! I’m so excited to see how this series progresses.

Samuel (Dex) Dexter A.K.A Ghost is a Marine that is involved in a horrible accident leaving him with no memories. Thankfully his Grams is there to fill in some of the blanks of his past for him, but she doesn’t want to influence him so she doesn’t give him his whole past. He’s having “flashbacks” but he doesn’t know if it’s really suppressed memories something he wishes. Once he’s back in Alabama on his Grams farm he starts questioning whether he likes men or women, what his favorite foods are and what type of music he likes to listen to.

Then something unexpected happens, he starts seeing things that no one else is able to. A little girl of a bout 7 appears to him, and needless to say he’s freaked out by it. The little girl can understand him but he can’t hear what she is saying. He’s not ready to believe in ghosts just yet and he chalks it up to hallucinations. At night he has some vivid dreams involving two men, one is an ex from his past and one was a fellow Marine.

In comes Orlando, the ex-boyfriend that is still in love with Dex. But Dex thinks Orlando has moved on and has a wife and child. That couldn’t be further from the truth. The child turns out to be Orlando’s nephew Zayden, and he can see the ghost of the little girl also.

Dex sets out to solve The mystery of why the little girl died and has not crossed over yet. Which leads him to meeting up with Selina and her partner Jillian. Selina is a psychiatrist and Jillian is a PI. Will he solve the little girl’s mystery?

Love, love Faith!!!! I highly recommend this book. Another smashing success by a very talented author.

Ashley’s Review of GRIT-Sector 1 The Uprising by Rebecca Sherwin

grit

 Ashley’s-🛍🛍🛍🛍🛍 Review

Book: The Uprising (GRIT Sector 1)

Author: Rebecca Sherwin

Release date: September 23, 2016

Genre: Romantic Suspense/ Dark Romance

Series: GRIT Sector 1 book 2

Stars: 4.5

Fantastic continuation!!! I was hesitant to read this book because I was confused for most of book one, but I couldn’t put this book down. I was absolutely hooked from the prologue.

Trixie lets her inner twisted, dark, homicidal maniac out in this book. She is also very sexual in this book and loves the more Elias hurts her physically. She just doesn’t know which Elias she’s going to get and though she “loves” all of them, she especially likes the sadistic one.

Elias is more controlling and demanding in this book. Elias thinks he wants Trixie to be the little obedient wife, but he gets off when she is defiant. He likes punishing Trixie as much as she does taking the punishment.

But there is an entity at work here that threatens everything that GRIT stands for, another vigilante group. They threaten the very core of principles that makes up GRIT. Will Elias and Trixie be able to stand king and queen of GRIT or will they succumb to the vigilante group?

So many twists and turns I didn’t know which way was up. That being said I wanted to throw my kindle at the ending!!!! I just can’t believe Ms. Sherwin would end it like that, I NEED to know the rest.

Blog Tour: Louis’s Story by JA. Melville

✦Blog Tour✦

Title: Louis’s Story
Series: Dial A Stud
Author: J.A. Melville
Illustrator: Bianca Eberle

✦Synopsis✦

What do you do when nobody wants you…..?

Harry was tired of being used, abused and taken for granted by men. Surely he deserved better than to be cast out like last night’s leftovers?

All his life he’d been treated like that. When he’d come out to his parents about being gay, they’d reacted by throwing him out, not wanting to acknowledge a homosexual son. They even went so far as to pay him a monthly allowance to keep him out of their lives.

What was wrong with him? Why didn’t anyone want him?

One night at the club after being dumped by his boyfriend, he thought he might find the answer in the bottom of his wine glass, or at the very least, drown his sorrows in it.

They say when one door closes another opens or something like that…….

Enter Louis; tall, handsome, confident and sexy. Louis makes Harry feel like he’s never felt before.

He also makes him want to break all his own rules, deciding a one night stand with this stunning man is a good way to get over a broken heart or distract him from it at least. The attraction between them is instant, their passion intense and Harry realises every sexual encounter he’s ever had is insignificant in comparison to how Louis makes him feel.

Louis is older, wiser, so much more experienced than Harry. He also has a wild past, a past Harry can only imagine.

The emotions he feels around Louis both give him strength and bring out his insecurities. He can’t think around him, so powerful is the hold this man has over him.

Maybe he should listen to the advice of his best friend Nora and stop overthinking things. Advice that sounds great in theory, but….

That might have worked until Harry discovers Louis is keeping secrets from him; secrets that will drive them apart if Louis can’t open up to him.

When the truth finally comes out, Harry is left reeling. He’s also left with an important decision. Cut Louis from his life and have his heart broken or stay with him and help him face all that troubles him, knowing that in the end, everything that matters to him may be lost.

Author Bio
For as long as I can remember, I’ve
loved to write, poetry, short stories just about anything. My English teachers
in school kept telling me I should write and it took me a lot of years to finally
get around to it.

I spent too long worrying about failing as a writer before
I realized that living with the regret of never trying was
worse.

I live in a sleepy country town in Tasmania, Australia with my partner and our
three children, who aren’t so little anymore, plus a whole assortment of
animals.

Natasha’s Awakening is my first book but I have no intention of stopping now
and will continue to live my dream of being a published author. I have just
published Taming Eric which is his POV to Natasha’s Awakening.

My interests are writing of course, reading, watching movies and hanging out at
home with my family, our six cats and one dog.
You can find me on Facebook under my author page J. A Melville and my book’s
page Natasha’s Awakening.
