I’ve been reading these books since the first in the series, and they keep getting better. I love how the authors intertwine paranormal with the erotic scenes. This book picks up right were Hunt leaves off by Liala and Rick escaping the Hunters while Nate just lets them escape. Liala doesn’t know what to make of Rick yet, all she knows that he is helping her escape. She has to make a decision- blindly trust Rick that he will help her get back to her family and protect them from the Hunters. Once she gets back to her family she has yet another decision to make, follow her mother and send all the half breeds to their death or step up to her rightful place as being the Alpha. Heartache ensues when she has to make the difficult decision… Will she finally take a mate? Who will it be Rick or Nate?

Ashley’s Review of Heathered Country by GM Scherbert

Ashley’s 4-πŸ›πŸ›πŸ›πŸ› Review
Book: Heathered Country
Author: G.M. Scherbert
Series: Devil’s Iron MC Series Book 6
Genre: MC, BDSM, Erotica
Release Date: February 25, 2016
Stars: 4

Blown away by Ms. Scherbert’s writing. This is the first book that I’ve had the pleasure of reading by this author. She writes about sassy heroines and sweet alpha males (swoon-worthy combination). I really enjoyed combo of BDSM with the elements of MC. Country grew up around MC’s and now is a member. Heather got pregnant in college and is running from a verbally abusive ex-boyfriend. When their paths cross everyone better look out and then throw Bull into the mix well let’s just say things really heat up. Will their little family be enough to stop the evil coming their way?

I can’t wait for the continuation of Country, Bull and Heather’s story!!!

Ashley’s Review of Claimed by Two Masters by Claire Thompson

Book: Claimed by Two Masters
Author: Claire Thompson
Series: BDSM Connections Book #3
Genre: BDSM, Erotica
Release Date: February 17, 2017
Stars: 4

I have been anticipating this book for a while now and it was as good as I expected it to be. I absolutely love Ms. Thompson’s writing style. She has great character development and really relatable characters.

When Shea finally gets up the courage to go to a BDSM club she is highly aroused and intrigued. That’s when she meets two sexy Doms, Steve and Zach. They teach anyone who wants to explore being an erotic submissive. They take on Shea as a client to teach her how to be a submissive. It gets harder and harder to train Shea and not have sex with her- that’s their number one rule about teaching submissives, they don’t have sex with their students. And they absolutely don’t let their hearts get involved. Will they all come out unscathed when they finally take their relationship to the next level?

I loved this book!! Can’t wait for what Ms. Thompson will come up with next.

Stars: 3.5

This was the first book I’ve read by either author and I have to say it was a great concept for a book. There were multiple grammatical and spelling errors but it did not detract from the story. I will be reading more from these authors.

Liala wants to go camping for her 21st birthday to the place where her now to see deceased mother used to take her. It was just supposed to be her, her father and her little brother, but then her cousins and uncle came and brought their friends. Little did they know they set up right in a werewolf territory. Warnings from an old woman go unheeded, will this be a big mistake?

Can’t wait for the second installment!!

Ashley’s Review of Colt by Jaqueline M Sinclair

Book: Colt
Author: Jacqueline M. Sinclair
Series: Demons of Destruction
Genre: Erotic Romance, MC
Release Date: November 16, 2016
Stars: 5

This was the first time I’ve read any books by this author and I’m blown away. Excellent writing style and character development. I want to read more!!!

Colt Johnston is in college and being looked at by scouts for the NFL when he receives a phone call that changes his life. The unspeakable happens and his mother needs him home to avenge his father’s murder. He goes home to the only family he knows, the Demons and with the Demons riding at his back he is set on revenge. Colt’s father never wanted the MC life for Colt but with his father being a patched member he joins the only ones that understand the need for revenge.

Maci Newman is a typical college student that had a part-time job at a diner. After working a double she stops at a store and that’s when her life changes. She finally emerges from her trailer after her ordeal when he asks to sit in her section at the diner. She panics and does the one thing she thinks she has to do, ask the Demons for refuge.

Colt and Maci get thrown together in an uncomfortable situation, uncomfortable as in spending time in a secluded cabin just the two of them. Tempers run high especially when Maci is keeping a key piece of the investigation from Colt. Will Maci tell Colt her secrets before he finds out?

I can’t wait for the series to continue with Tucker’s story. Sadly I will have to wait until 2017!!! I can’t get over that I’ve never heard of this author before. I’m hooked and will be getting everything by this author in the near future.
