For me, this is one of the best stories of 2017 so far! Β This is a beautifully written friends to lovers second chance story. The main characters are best friends growing up. Cole leaves for college and they don’t see each other for the next six years until tragedy brings them back together. Between the story and the characters, I was lost myself in the pages of this book. I read straight through and didn’t come up for air until I was finished. I absolutely love Melissa Toppen! This book is now my favorite of hers ( I love it even more than Taming Lo)! I think this is a definite must read for everyone who loves love!

Jennifer’s review of Abandoned by Lyz Kelley

Title: AbandonedΒ

In this book we have two people with a ton of emotional baggage trying to find their way to a forever love and still no killer. I don’t think I have the words to say how much I loved this book! The emotions I felt in this book were ripping my heart out. I cried throughout the whole story. I love how I could actually feel what the characters were feeling instead of just reading it. This is my favorite book in the series so far. This author has continued through each book to paint a town and characters that I can picture living in and being friends with. I’m in love with this series and this author! There are a few more hints dropped as well for who the killer is. I’m so excited for the next book. June can’t come fast enough!

Check out Jennifer’s 4🌟🌟🌟🌟 Review Book: Sold To The Hitman Author: Alexis Abbott Genre: Romantic Suspense Release Date: March 9, 2016 Stars: 4 stars I was really intrigued when I read the synopsis of this book. It definitely didn’t disappoint. Cassie was raised in an extremely strict community with very old world beliefs and views on women and marriage. I was wonderful watching her throughout the book grow and blossom into her own person once she married Andrei. I loved being able to feel their love grow between them as the story progressed as well. My only complaint is the book was a bit slow at times for me. I would have enjoyed more action and a little faster pace. All in all, this book was a beautiful love story. I am so happy I found it and this author. I will definitely be reading more from her in the future.
